- Credit Mailer Objective: Provide advice on how to pull your credit for FREE once a year! Deliver coupon to potential clients who may decide to refinance or close a loan with the Opteum Mortgage Consultant. Each mailer contains personal contact information and photo of mortgage consultant.
- The Day After Valentine’s Sweet Social Poster Objective: To celebrate Opteum moving its southeastern headquarters to an exclusive office complex and combining several southern offices. Since it was such a “sweet” deal, they decided to have a meet and greet with everyones’ favorite treats. Name tags read: ” I think _____ is sweet!”

ROLE: Responsibilities included concept development, design layout, project management and vendor relations for a broad range of graphic support of marketing initiatives for internal & external clients including presentations, e-blasts, web design, print ads, exhibits, posters, and collateral items; flyers, postcards and newsletters.
OVERVIEW: The recruitment binder gives a summary Opteum’s history, products, services, technology, training, marketing, operations, human resources, compensation and rewards. Employee photos and quotes were used on the tabs to personalize the benefits of the company. A personal note from hiring manager, business cards, corporate brochures and an Application for Employment are provided to each recruit.
