IHG – Revenue Management Product

OVERVIEW: IHG ConcertoTM brings together a comprehensive set of capabilities, including IHG’s industry-leading Guest Reservation System and an enhanced Revenue Management System, into one single, seamless hotel management tool. In 2018, hotel feedback was overwhelmingly positive with regards to the simplicity and ease of navigation of the new system, the modern intuitive interface, and the ease of the General Manager’s dashboard, which enables them to better manage a hotel’s performance.

MY ROLE: As part of the IHG Enterprise UX team, my responsibilities included: developing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Axure, sketching/brainstorming in working sessions with multiple functional areas, working with other team members to develop standard UI design enhancements; collaborating with project managers, business analysts, designers, developers and product stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the product development and management stages; and conducting UX reviews of final product.
